Come to think of it, yes, I believe that's it. I do prefer my white water poundings at the coast, though - this water was hovering at about 39 degrees.
It's Oregon and there are lots of other things to do besides surf or waste time chasing it, which I have done to much of recently. Waiting for that snow to melt and to get up into the mountians for some alpine lake camping, fishing, hiking, and exploration.
